• Blood tests (hormones, AMH)
• Transvaginal ultrasound
• Semen analysis
• Infectious disease screening
➡️ These tests may be coordinated with the menstrual cycle
2️⃣ Ovarian Stimulation (8–12 Days)

• 2–4 follow-up visits to monitor follicle growth
• Trigger shot administered when follicles mature
3️⃣ Egg Retrieval & Sperm Collection (1 Day)

• Performed under intravenous anesthesia (procedure lasts 15–30 minutes)
• Patients can return home the same day
• Sperm sample is collected on the day of retrieval
4️⃣ Fertilization and Embryo Culture
• Eggs and sperm are fertilized
• Embryos are cultured until Day 3 (cleavage-stage) or Day 5–7 (blastocyst stage)
5️⃣ Embryo Transfer (Fresh or Frozen)
A. Fresh Embryo Transfer
• Performed 3–5 days after egg retrieval
• Suitable for patients with stable medical conditions
B. Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)

• Transfer occurs in a later cycle
➡️ This adds approximately 2–4 weeks or even several months to the timeline
6️⃣ Pregnancy Testing (Approximately 14 Days)
• Progesterone support is provided after transfer
• Blood pregnancy test is performed 10–14 days after transfer
⏱️ Overall Timeline Summary
